Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Protective stickers must not be removed.
- The watch must not be resized, modified, or damaged.
- Original packaging must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Custom or special orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
